4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and hold only one phtaya72 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances under Section 14.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and other details as requested by the registration form. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). phtaya72 may, at any time, require a Player to complete a full KYC verification process by submitting documentary evidence of identity, age, residential address, and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of the request may result in suspension of the account and withholding of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification.
4.4 Account Currency. phtaya72 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
4.5 Non-Transferability. phtaya72 accounts are personal to the registered Player and are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account, wallet balance, or any credits therein to any other person.

6.1 Eligible Payment Methods. phtaya72 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is currently available.
6.2 Own Funds Only. All funds deposited into a phtaya72 account must be the Player's own legally owned money. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting third-party funds into your account, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under Philippine law.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the phtaya72 deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the specified minimum may not be processed.
6.4 Deposit Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit to the Player's phtaya72 wallet within two minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing times. phtaya72 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's payment provider.
6.5 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits through their account's responsible gaming settings. Players who have set deposit limits may request an increase, which will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for real-money funds that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.

7.6 Withdrawal Fees. phtaya72 does not charge fees for standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Fees imposed by the Player's payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
8.1 Offer-Specific Terms. All bonus offers, free spins promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives are subject to offer-specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the bonus in question.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the terms of each individual promotional offer. Wagering requirements must be fully met before any associated balance is eligible for withdrawal.

9.2 RNG and Game Integrity. All software-based games on phtaya72 use independently certified Random Number Generation systems. 13.2 Player Decisions. Gaming outcomes on phtaya72 involve chance. phtaya72 accepts no responsibility for financial losses arising from gambling outcomes, including losses resulting from a Player's wagering strategy, bet selections, or session management decisions.
13.3 Third-Party Services. phtaya72 is not responsible for the conduct, failures, or service interruptions of third-party payment providers (including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, and others), game providers, or internet service providers. Delays or failures in third-party services do not entitle Players to compensation from phtaya72 except where phtaya72 has a direct contractual obligation to the Player in respect of the affected service.
13.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya72's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.5 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 Termination by Player. You may close your phtaya72 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.2 Suspension or Termination by phtaya72. phtaya72 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, where phtaya72 reasonably determines that:
14.3 Balance on Termination for Cause. Where an account is closed or suspended as a result of the Player's breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or underage gaming — phtaya72 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and may forfeit bonus-related winnings in their entirety.
15.1 phtaya72 may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, phtaya72 will provide reasonable advance notice through the platform interface and/or by notification to registered contact details.
15.2 The version of the Terms in force at any given time is the version dated as the most recent update date displayed at the top of this page. Archived versions of the Terms are available upon written request to phtaya72 support.
15.3 Continued use of the phtaya72 platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phtaya72 arising under these Terms, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Players should contact phtaya72 support with a written description of their complaint, the relevant facts, and the resolution they seek. phtaya72 will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.
16.3 Formal Proceedings. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
16.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
